"What a cool place! The inner courtyard with the trees and pool is just amazing, great breakfasts, excellent location within easy walking distance of anything in downtown Merida. Very highly recommended!"

"The room was clean at check in, but never swept afterwards. Tumble weeds of hair always there, everything dusty ( I cleaned it, you are welcome) the toiled was plugged or would not flush at least 2 times a day! This was the must frustrating part because I was always worried about using the bathroom at nigh or in an emergency. The front star was awesome! Always! The bar tender slash room service, slash front desk, slash learning to be a cook was alway great and over worked, he was everywhere!!! Always had a smile and super happy to have a conversation. He requires a major pay rise!! I will never stay in this hotel again. The beds are very small NOT a QUEEN! The birds on the windows are too thin. I can hear the birds all night long and I was no where beer the elevator, but could hear every ding. The AC was perfect! The towels suck! Breakfast was good the first day....but really? No change? It was not worth the money for this hotel other than the location and free parking."

"Old and moldy smell rooms. El primer cuarto no servía el aire y me dijeron que el filtro estaba muy sucio, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación a las 10 de la noche además, El hotel con capacidad de más del 50% y me mandan a la esquina más lejana y con la vista más fea."

"Comfortable bed, nice rain shower with plenty of hot water. Relatively quiet for being in a busy area. I would not go to the restaurant attached even though it is not associated with the hotel. Parking just behind the hotel with covered spaces was well lit at night."
