"For the cost and convenience to the beach, we really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed midweek, so it was quiet and relaxing with very few people at the pool or around the property. The rooms were some of the largest we’ve ever had at a hotel like this, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the best parts was the view—it truly felt like we were right on the water, and the scenery was absolutely amazing. The location made it easy to enjoy the beaches while still having a peaceful place to unwind. Another bonus was how convenient everything was. There were plenty of fast-food restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, which added a lot of value and made our stay even easier. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again!"

"We spent 2 nights at this hotel last weekend. The staff (Debbie) was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. She had us all laughing from the moment we met her. She was awesome and I would go back to stay there again based on Debbie alone. One thing to note, the fridge wasn’t working when we checked in, but Debbie had a new one on the way 10 minutes later. Huge shout out to Tony with glasses who swapped the fridge for us. The housekeeping does the best they can for what little pay they receive. The room wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t a disaster. Ive definitely stayed in worse places. The A/C was awesome! We kept the room at 65 degrees and it maintained temp for our entire trip. They recently got new mattresses and we did have a couple minor issues with them, they are black in color and leave dark stains on your skin if you come in contact with them which is easy to do because the fitted sheets come off the second you sit down on the bed. The hotel’s location is 5-Stars! Anything you could possibly want is easily within walking distance and several restaurants are right outside the door. There was a strong smell of marijuana that filled the hotel several times during our stay which was disheartening since it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but the laughs from our interactions with Debbie made up for it. Thank you Debbie for making our stay fun and memorable! Also the rooms are great for sucking toes. ;-)"

"The house has recently been painted and it looks great! However, it's not white with blue trim like the online pics... it's dark gray in front. It looks sharp and modern, but I don't think the house numbers are even up yet, so that threw us off when we were trying to find it. Excellent update transformation!Eddi is a communicative host through emails. I unfortunately didn't check my emails during my stay. Check in instructions provided ahead of time worked great. I was happy to find the house in order, we followed the rules in the guide book and the checkout info on the wall, but I learned afterward that I should have taken out the garbage and stripped the beds to make it easier for the cleaning crew. Sorry Eddi, I wasn't attentive to my email during my stay. I guess I just unplugged for the vacation. My family thinks the VRBO should have provided tissues. We fixed this with a trip to the store, but I guess spring allergies were in full bloom because our group was looking for tissues but didn't find any. I personally didn't find this to be a huge issue, but my mother who is a 84 year old little Italian lady let me know it was a problem. Overall it was a nice place that met our needs just fine. Thank you for helping make our family trip a success!"

"Taylor at front desk was terrific from checking in to checking out. Staff in restaurant and bar were amazing as well. I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn over the last 20ty years and always perfect. The only thing I would fix would be the lighting in bathroom. It us horrible for getting ready and putting on makeup."

"It was okay at best. Pretty dirty generally. Examples: sink in room had debris and soap spots, main hallway carpet was flooded (like water appeared on surface when walking), bathroom grout was stained and a bit moldy, small insects throughout room (not an infestation, just a handful of bugs…). Any individual item, on its own, no biggie…but in total, I wouldn’t stay again. It was an old building, so my expectations were modest to start with."
