Empfehlung ja mit Wissen es gibt kein Kaffee.

Eigentlich war alles gut. Es gab einen Faden Nachgeschmack. Beim Einchecken fragte ich fir den Shuttle Bus und ob es ein Kaffe gebe. Beides wurde mit ja beantwortet. Nun um das Kaffee zu geniessen standen wir früher auf. Vor der Reception angekommen hiess es Leute aus dem Stay haben kein Anrecht auf ein Kaffee nicht einmal kaufen. Lasse mir meine Ferien deswegen nicht verstauen, aber denke gehe nächstes mal in ein anders Hotel

The bed was excellent. Lots of shelf and wardrobe space. It had sofa with armchairs and coffee table for socializing. It also had water heater for coffee/tea. However, we only found connector at the nightstand or bathroom to heat the water. There is a connector missing at the office table. We found garbage in the trash and the coffee table wasn't cleaned. The shower head was leaking, and there was slight smell of cigarette smoke in the non-smoking room that was disturbing.

Total abgenutzte Liegenschaft. Die Briefkasten-Anlage sieht wie eine Notunterkunft... Ja , es sind die Namenschilder drauf... Wir mussten das Hotel dringend wechseln. Es ist eine Zumutung da über Nacht zu bleiben.

Einchecken im Mövenpick Hotel absolut super

War nur für eine Nacht und die haben wir durchgehalten. Eingecheckt wurde im Mövenpick Hotel gegenüber und das war wundervoll. Das Zimmer war groß, Bettwäsche und Handtücher blitzsauber. Die Couch und der Teppichboden waren leider sehr schmutzig (voller undefinierbarer Flecken). Wasserhahn im Bad war kaputt. Schade... Man müsste es nicht so verfallen laden.

Need more electrical outlets near the bed. The shuttle is not under the hotel name and no way to know to take the Movenpick, had to take an Uber. The pillow was like tissue paper.

Unanswered calls and lack of support.

I arrived in Zurich after midnight and had missed all connecting trains. I then used Hotels.com to book this hotel. No confirmation was received so I tried to call the hotel. The telephone went straight to voice mail, I then called Hotel.com at around 12.30 am and they promised to call back. No call received from Hotel or Hotel.com so I had to phone around and find another hotel. In the morning i found Hotel.com had charged for the hotel. After persuing a refund for 4 days i have been told that this hotel will not refund. If you cannot confirm reservations or return calls in emergency situations then at least return payments.... I shall be looking for alternatives in the future

Das Einchecken war mit freundliche personal gewesen. Das Stay Hotel Eingang war nicht einladend und stinkt nach Rauch. Im Zimmer hat es nach starkem Zigaretten Rauch gerochen und hatte Kopfweh gehabt. Wir hatten das Zimmer Tür zum Balkon geöffnet damit der Gestank weg geht aber leider erfolglos!!!! Der Balkon ist schmutzig!! Ich habe es an die Rezeption gemeldet. Ein Personal ist gekommen und mit einem Raumspray besprüht Im Bett, es hat immer noch gerochen. Könnte nicht gut einschlafen wegen der Geruch!!!

Weak...overpaid and I did not pay that much. Bed was comfortable and everything was decent. But it was Europe in 1972 - paint on the wall could have been upgraded... Whatever...worth about 50 bucks - max!

the room smelled like cigarette smoke and a bit moldy. walls in the hallway and room cracked and paint is peeling. Curtains dirty. Elevator is very small and dirty. Definitely will not stay there again.

Good value for money near Zurich airport

I use this hotel as it offers a free transfer service to Zurich airport (operated by Mövenpick). It is a cheap option nearby the airport, with no frills, which I also do not need / expect.

The room had garbage on the floor which was a surprise for a Swiss property. I have stayed in cleaner hostels and expect more even for the price. The couch was stained enough it made us worried about even sitting on it- so we didn’t...

Servizio e comfort piacevole ed adeguato. Qualche servizio in piu tecnologico non sarebbe male... Tipo : qualche presa USB.. Nel complesso ottimo. Servizio navetta free a dieci minuti dall'aeroporto. Complimenti

Worst place

I never stayed in such worst hotel in my life time this place is not a hotel it looks this place is for the prisoners .....you have to use key to enter the main door of the building then use key for the lift and then doesn't open the room door from that key we have to look for the help in the building finally we found room service lady to open the door ....and inside is a another different story with all stinking BED and FURNITURE no extra sofa or chair lighting system is like 100 years old I paid 160 dollars for this stinky room this building dont deserve to be in Switzerland where people dream big before they come to this country and i'm so sorry to say this my wife and children they literally did'nt sleep that night that worst this place is....so please dont go to this hotel and this is my opinion thanks.

Worst night sleep ever. Didn't enjoy it at all the duvet was supposed to be for two people but it was very short and only covered one person. Won't be staying again!

Everything is run down. Found dirty washcloth on door knob. Have to pay for parking inside ticket gate that cost us $26. Bathtub is quite steep to get in. Wifi issue ...service desk lack in communication. It was very close to airport. It got us by thru night and left early to catch the plane next morning.
