New holiday home Eifel-Atrium in the upper Enz valley of the southern Eifel rock country

The holiday home Eifel-Atrium Oberes Enztal offers on 150m² five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large gallery as a combined dining, living and kitchen area as well as two galleries with other living areas. The open design - in conjunction with the huge windows - creates a lot of light and a spacious feeling of living. The room height creates a special feeling of transparency and openness.

The optimal occupancy is 14 people, but there are other beds and sofa beds available for a larger group of guests.

The special thing about this holiday home is the open living area as a gallery. The gallery breaks through several floors of the house and thus ensures light and openness throughout the building. The open design, in conjunction with the large windows, creates a lot of light and a spacious feeling. Two galleries offer themselves as a further retreat or reading corner, without being completely isolated from the rest of the life

The cozy living area is furnished with a sofa with a sleeping function (70x200cm), cocktail armchairs with a Formula 1 tire table.

In the rear area the large kitchen with American side-by-side refrigerator and 6 hobs.

The Nürburgring bedroom on the ground floor consists of a double bed (2x 80x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm). In the room are 2 floor-to-ceiling windows, with a direct exit to the terrace and a chest of drawers.

On the first floor, the bedroom Eifelosauros is equipped with a classic bunk bed (2x 90x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm). Here too, a floor-to-ceiling window provides plenty of light.

The second bedroom Bourscheid on the 1st floor consists of a double bed (2x 80x200cm).

The third bedroom Felsenland on the 1st floor consists of a stacking bed. The stacking bed can be used as a normal single bed or as two single beds (2x 90x200cm). In addition, a baby bed and a chest of drawers with a changing unit.

In the middle gallery there is also a sofa bed (110x200cm). This is a retreat without being completely isolated from the rest of the life. The floor-to-ceiling window fronts with a height of up to 4m allow a wonderful view of the Eifel landscape.

In the attic of the large bedroom Apollo 11 with two double beds (each 140x200cm) and a catamaran day bed (below 140x200cm, above 90x200cm). There is also a sofa bed (120x190cm). Despite the many beds in Apollo 11, you don't get the feeling of sleeping in a dormitory because the room is angled. A large wooden bench and a large cloakroom keep the wardrobe tidy.

On the top gallery there is a beautiful reading sofa with sleeping function (70x190cm) and a bookcase. The comfortable seating is a sofa, chaise longue and bed in one and therefore fulfills three functions. As a sofa with two armrests, it can accommodate 2 to 3 people. It becomes a modern chaise longue when you fold down a backrest. The then comfortable day bed invites you to read and linger and is strongly reminiscent of the ancient triclinium. If both sides are folded down, the sofa becomes a bed (70x190cm). It is suitable for a short nap as well as for night sleep.

The gallery and galleries combined with the large windows make the holiday home open and bright. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower on each floor.

In addition to central heating, there is also an automatically filled pellet stove in the holiday home.

In front of and behind the house you will find a large terrace with patio furniture, a parasol and a charcoal grill.

As the holiday home is located near two other holiday homes, the volume of the time should adjust in the evening and from 11 p.m. there should be a good night's rest outside. We look forward to friendly, funny and sociable guests who want to meet in our house to spend time together. Under no circumstances, however, should it affect our home and our neighbors. Please be considerate of the furnishings, volume and night's sleep. We cannot recommend the holiday home for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults.
