"Hôtel idéalement placé à 2 pas de la mer. Accueil charmant et personnel adorable. Un vrai point positif est le parking gratuit avec un accès en autonomie. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le seul bémol serait l'ouverture du bar uniquement de 16h30 à 19h30 le soir mais ça fait travailler les autres commerces..."

"Very close to the beach but definitely not worth the 100€ per night considering the fact that the water in the shower didn’t drain - we had to wipe up the water with a mop every time afterwards and worse, the hosts even blamed our dog’s hair although it didn’t drain right from the start when our dog hadn’t even entered the shower yet (which we told them)! It was also very difficult to turn the keys of the doors (and again they blamed us to have broken it) and to find a parking lot....

"House was well equipped, all we needed. A cosy and warm atmosphere and a short distance to the beach. Good place to make day trips in the surrounding. The host was supportive and replied quickly for questions. "

"We had an excellent week with two families sharing the barn. There is plenty of room for 10 people, with a great pool, table tennis and good size garden. Mimizan is 5 minutes in the car with everything you might need. The beach is about 10 minutes drive with sand for miles in both directions. The area is very flat and forested and would be great for biking. Definitely recommended."

"Excellente situation près de la plage et des commerces utiles. Globalement demeure vaste aux généreuses commodités appréciables.Pas d’état des lieux à l’arrivée, ni oral ni autrement. Idem à la sortie. Propreté cuisine moyenne : compartiment congélation non nettoyé avec croûte de glace sur 2cm et reliquat de sacs congelés adhérents.Ustensiles cuisine : 2 casseroles non induction, 1 casserole sans queue amovible en état, «  ne tient pas », moule à tarte métallique HS, grands couteaux de...

"Perfect location with view on the sea in walking distance from restaurants and shops. Private parking is super. the host is very friendly and helpfull. Everything you need is in the house. We had a wonderfull week in this place."
