Bugs in room and coming out of drain … brown water coming out of tub faucet. They finally put us in a different room which had no TV. Well it had a TV but it didn’t work. They acted like it was our fault and asked if he wanted to change rooms again… we ended up checking out and leaving early. So ...

Over all, not bad. I won't be back because the standard room was very small, staff wasn't nice and everything at this hotel was an upcharge. Not worth the money!

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, the free Wi-Fi was adequate but there is a paid version which is faster, and the breakfast was good. All staff seemed pleasant, helpful and welcoming.

Check in staff could use customer service training and some kindness. They were advertising a movie at the pool that never happened, which led my son to being disappointed. This place has potential & is in a prime location. So close to being great, but their staff needs major training to elevate

Nice location with lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was well equipped an tthe breakfast selection was the best I've seen for an Inn that includes breakfast in their price. Would definitely stay here again especially for longer stays.
