It was a pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and all spoke English very well. Also like the Tuk Tuk service to Chit Lom station, saves you walking in the heat.

Love this hotel! Always come back for this hotel whenever we are in Bangkok. Traffic is a little crazy outside because of the construction BUT it’s pretty much walkable distance to some malls which you can escape and take your transport from there ;) the spa was amazing too!!

"The woman who checked me in did a great job, informing me of what I needed to know in a friendly and enthusiastic way. Staff on 31 were also helpful and friendly. Folks who serviced my room each day also did a fine job. Finally, my breakfasts on 31 were superb - in particular, the pancakes."
