The staff were very lovely. Location is fantastic
Downside is the road works which is no fault of the hotel but it is 24/7 so take ear plugs. Wifi was a bit patchy.

Loved our overnight stay here for a concert at River stage, Perfect location. Was walkable, an easy walk. Used Valet parking and once car was parked we didn't need it again. Everything was handy and close. Room was perfect, staff were exceptional, highly recommend.

Was was great , very clean and comfortable. All staff were very welcoming , polite and friendly. The staff delivered bags to room and picked them up from our door on checkout morning which made everything so much easier and relaxing.
