The staff was very kind. The was very clean. Surprise: A bus is available not far from the hotel for for less than €4, no worries.

The staff of the hotel are wonderful and helpful. Disappointed in the hotel restaurant As staff never smile or say hello also the evening menu we had was a disappointment too. The breakfast in the hotel is fabulous and the rooms spotless as is the hotel. Pool is great with plenty of shade under the trees. We have returned to this hotel many many times and hope to do so again. Thank you to the reception staff for the friendly welcome.

The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture. Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all levels of the team . Enhorabuena! Y que vaya muy bien.

Excellent choice for a family . Right at the most reputed road , passage de Garcia . Good breakfast , very friendly staff , extremely courteous. Will go again !!

My third time staying here. The first was ten years ago and the second 7 years ago. This stay was the best by far, the lobby and restaurant area are lovely and great to eat at. The spa is amazing! The room had all that I needed. If you’re unsure of the area, it is on quite a residential/local part of Barcelona, so there aren’t much tourists and no night life. The metro runs straight into the centre of the city and only takes 20-40 mins depending on where you want to go. I had noisy neighbours one night and the hotel reception dealt with it immediately. I cannot fault the staff or hotel for anything at all. A great stay for my first solo trip!

I was charged for a breakfast and cancelled on arrival but still charged. Looking for refund.

My experience at the Olivia Plaza Hotel was great, the staff was super nice, attentive and always ready to answer my questions. The room was also clean and spacious and I found the hotel to be very well located with quick public transit access and walking distance to many points of interest. I have two negative points I would like to mention: 1. I found brown dust on the initial towels I received so I asked for the a new set the next day. One of the new towels also had the same brown dust on it, so I am assuming that the shelf were they are kept within the room or within the storage requires some cleaning. 2. The walls are very thin and I could hear loud noises within the hallway and the room next door. Otherwise, I had a very nice stay! :)

Clean property and conveniently located

Ciudad Condal is in such a well connected area, you can get around the city very easily. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, in particular Ilaria who was so attentive and friendly. Overall a great place for a short stay, just wish there was a communal area away from the room.
