We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were second to none extremely attentive and professional throughout our visit. A special mention to the Manager, Aissian, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and were upgraded to a suite. Although the suite wasn’t quite right for us, Aissian personally stepped in, handled the situation with genuine care, and made sure the matter was fully resolved to our satisfaction.
Adam at the Sports Bar was also fantastic, especially impressive as it was only his second day on the job. He was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service.
We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were absolutely lovely and added to the overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will certainly be visiting again!
