The hotel had basic amenities, just good for a short stay. The receptionist was prompt with communication about airport shuttle.

The room was very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The overall experience was great. The area around the property is great. Plenty of shops and places to get food within a 5-10 minute walk. The WiFi in the building was a little hit and miss depending on how people are on it. Overall I highly recommend staying here.

Love the vibe of this hotel. The rooms are stunning, incredibly spacious, and feel more like a home than a typical hotel room. The views are top-notch, and the location is hard to beat—everything you need is conveniently nearby. The beds and furniture are exceptionally comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax and settle in. I especially loved the bathroom products and the signature scent throughout the room—so much so that I’d recommend buying the room spray from the gift shop. The welcome note and treats waiting for us upon arrival were a thoughtful touch and made us feel appreciated. Check-in could have been a bit friendlier, but that may just be part of the LA hospitality style.

Beautiful property in an excellent location! Totally walkable to all of the Rome sites. Staff was extremely personable and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Would absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. - I would rate this property a 10 out 10!

Stayed with my two young daughter's, room had one king Bed and sofa bed, typical New York typed tight and skinny room, if you carry suit cases than adjustment was difficult, maximum two carry-on bag could be accommodated. Hotel in excellent location near heart of everything, rooms were clean, daily house keeping, little pricey but once again, if i had to come back, I will come back to stay again in this hotel.
