9/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
Great location; great service. Seemed to be a problem with the room heat/AC, but the weather was mild in NYC that week, so I cannot fully confirm.

8.4/10 Very good! (7,981 reviews)
Great location, within walking distance of all the most popular attractions. The room was clean and quiet, and the lobby area was lovely. Overall, a nice place to stay!
