conveniently close to St Mark’s square, u have to go thru a bridge to get the hotel. accessible to everything. 5 mins away fr San Marco Giardenetti Vaporetto stop. hotel lobby and breakfast being served is superb, lots of variety. Room we had was 308 needs some renovating, dim light but bathroom is clean with good water pressure

So happy we chose this hotel! Venice is a maze and it's easy to get lost so it was wonderful to be in a hotel that was easy to find, right off San Marco Square. Very clean, a helpful front desk, and an awesome free breakfast every day...highly recommend.

Everything was perfect from the staff at the desk to the comfort of the rooms, clean and well provided with sleepers and toiletry samples in the bathroom.
The breakfast buffet, extra charge, is huge and absolutely wonderful with everything you can desire, even gluten free bread, etc. it was our second stay but we will return.
