Meine Versuche per Telefon Kontakt aufzunehmen wurden konsequent ignoriert und auch auf Vermittlungsversuche durch FeWo wurde offensichtlich nicht reagiert. ..."

Besonderheit bei Corona
"Die vorgegebenen Corona Richtlinien wurden von Seiten des Hotels eingehalten. Gäste haben beim Frühstück dagegen verstoßen ( Abstandsregelung, 4 Personen an einem kleinen Tisch). Dem Personal war der Umstand bewusst. Es wurden aber keine Abstellmaßnahmen eingeleitet."
