Our room had very poor AC system. It wasn’t working properly and had uncomfortable night sleep. Told in the the morning and was still not fixed. We were told they don’t have ac system rather have air cooler system in the hotel

Great location close to the airport and a convient shuttle between the hotel and airport. The dinner and breakfast buffets offer a wide range of food and was delicious. The pool and exercise rooms were great for workouts and the european spa was so relaxing. Overall the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!!

I found it frustrating at times that even as a staying guest i could not find space to sit in the bar as it was all reserved.On one of the days of the stay there was no room in the bar, the terrace and the coffee shop shut at 10.30am!
After making this point to a member of staff miraculously a space was found...just not good enough for the guests

The facilities were good including swimming pool and fitness area but the cleanliness was not up to European standard . The cleaner left a dirty cloth near the sink area. The bed however was comfy and the room was spacious .
