Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping.

Its was good.what i didn’t like was, thers no toiletries. You will have to asked before they will give you. Theres no plugs inside the bathroom for hair straightening.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying with this hotel, all the staff are very friendly, accommodating, as a first time traveling to macau the Filipino guy (sorry we forgot his name) provided everything we should know guides and tips to visit.
