Staff , clean room and great food

Everything was great!

Very friendly and cooperative staff. There was an issue with noise on the roadside, and they changed our room immediately. It was our anniversary, so they gave us a complimentary dinner & cake at the Italian restaurant, which was excellent and memorable (Da Vinci restaurant). Fatima from Guest Relations and also other staff were very cooperative and friendly. Clean rooms and resort. The food tasted amazing and had lots of variety. Patisserie was great, the coffee and tea were always good, and it was our favourite place to come to. Also had loads of Turkish tea with lemon. Spa and the Turkish hammam were comfortable and perfect in winter. Live music in the lounge was fun. The beach was very clean and well-maintained. Excellent experience overall.

Rip you off with the taxi service and local taxi drivers again rip you off and at war with uber drivers. You will see them chasing them out the area. I’d avoid all the hotels here and just stay in Antyala. Disgrace they get away with ripping you off cause you’re British.

The staff were nice and tried to be helpful, which was the only positive. Unfortunately, the hotel is old and most areas are unmaintained, to the point that it feels beyond repair. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were low quality, and the room smelled like plumbing. The hotel was nearly empty, there were no activities available, and the food tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. Overall, despite the friendly staff, I would not recommend staying here.
