We had the best experience at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world. We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Excellent service. Great location. The rooms seem slightly tired and old fashioned.
The breakfast selection was top-tier but there was little elegance. It was crowded and the seating arrangements didn't offer privacy. It was Sunday morning so it may have been overrun by weekenders.
