Yes all was really well organised

Always have an a.zing time at RIO. Rooms are ckean and spacious

My room was fine but my daughter and her family were up all night because of a party going on in the room next door. They asked for a different room and were told the hotel was sold out (this was on Thursday night). They asked for security to come up at midnight to ask the guests to lower the volume. The front desk said they would need to come downstairs for any complaints. So they went downstairs (after having to get up and get dressed). They were told that security would be up to address the noise problem. They didn’t come up for another HOUR.

The room was clean and staff were nice and helpful. But the bed is so firm it hurts the back when you wake up. It's not the regular bed that you get from other hotels Also our room shares a wall with the elwvator(rm 2967) and you can hear and feel the elevaor going up and down all day all night. It was not sound proof. But our room has a nice view of the strip. So that was great!

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Completely magical experience staying here. The superlative staff, stunning design and perfect location couldn’t have been better. This is my new home in Roma!

Everything was great. The check in process was fast. Enjoyed breakfast specially it was located on the rooftop. The room was always clean. Friendly and helpful staffs.
