Nice hotel. Not too far out for what we wanted. Would recommend

One reason we chose this Hotel was because of the amenities , False advertising,, no pool yet,, and the amenity claim of airport shuttle was a lie! They called a cab?. in a foreign country that shuttle was primary, and expensive, Cab was not cheap,

Habitación grande y cómoda para 4 personas. El staff súper amables y atentos hablan español. Desayuno buffet variado y el fashion bar sirve comida para todos los gustos. También tiene una cafetería que hacen cafés, batidas, ensaladas, sándwiches y helado. Súper céntrico para ir a Times Square a solo 2 min caminando. Súper recomendado

It was a family trip, and we absolutely loved our stay at the Conrad. The location was excellent, the hotel was clean, luxurious, and felt much more exclusive than other hotels in the area. It never felt overcrowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool was excellent, the food was great, and the rooms were spotless and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
