Cagbalete Island All inclusive Holidays

The room was nice enough but a bit shabby and not overly clean. The communication from the management team was excellent and Mel was very accommodating. We didn’t really research the area and wish we had as it wasn’t the best, when you can rent rooms by the hour around the corner that gives you a pretty good indication! Overall experience was ok but I wouldn’t stay again.

The pool area was undrr construction during our stay. The TV was not working. Somebody came in to fix it but as soon as TV was turned off, issue was back again. Ended up with no TV for the duration of our stay. In fairness, place was clean and location is very accessible to everything we need.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Clean, well appointed rooms. Super convenient location for food and shopping.

This hotel and staff were the best I have ever seen, highly recommend! The speakeasy and Chinese restaurant are excellent as well!

Staff were extremely courteous. Hotel had top notch amenities and the room itself was in good order.
