This place is amazing. Location is excellent. Staff is very friendly. Everything you want is minutes away. 7 -eleven, money exchange, massage parlor, restaurants and the beach. Night market has different types of food. Fruits stand. Clothes vendors. My family were very happy. We were able to stay in a 3 bedroom suites.

5 star for everything. Immaculate and the breakfasts were to die for. Wish they kept the brekkie service to 1pm as they're so many lunch things

We had a wonderful stay at the Nap. The staff were pleasant,extremely attentive and so friendly with always a lovely smile when greeting you. Would recommend this hotel.

While we were only at this beautiful resort for 2 nights, we absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, it rained every day we were in Phuket. We can’t wait to return for more nights and hopefully better weather! The staff were amazing!

Amazing unit. We only stayed for one night due to missing our flight, but we were amazed by the property and its staff. We plan to spend more time at this resort on our next vacation to phuket.

Very hospitable. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel including the beach. They held our luggage for us the last day. I would love to bring my family next year.

My room was in better condition than my brother's room. His bathroom was quite ordinary and really needs maintenance done (regrout). There are no activities for children after 6pm (such as dart, table tennis, etc). These activities should be open until 10pm for children. I had food poisoning at breakfast on the last day of my stay. I felt sick immediately after eating the chicken sausages and had the worst case of vomiting and diarrhea for 3 days. It was not a pleasant short holiday for my family.
