Very comfortable stay, large room with lovely view. Large bathroom with large bath. Highly convenient service area to make tea/coffee and breakfast. Very clean. Historic property with beautiful lounge area. Excellent parking in safe location. Highly convenient to travel to Liverpool and Birkenhead whilst staying in a rural location.

Helpful staff at check in but the sky bar staff were quite rude. Took over 35 mins to receive 4 drinks! A great setting though to see Liverpool from. Hotel room needed a little tlc but was super clean which is the main thing. Didn’t like being woken up by housekeeping at 8.30am when check out wasn’t until 12! Overall a lovely hotel in a great location

The room was very nice and clean but the shower was not very hot. The staff were lovely but the introduction was confusing. I didn't understand what all the different charges were and my bank statement suggests I paid twice. All needs to be more straightforward

Nice and close to everything. Honestly, our room was really nice, with lots of extra space. The door to the shower wouldn't really close so there was some leakage when showering. There was an unexpected deposit and so I was just nervous we would get charged for this but they didn't. Felt nice and safe!
