The hotel is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and classic with modern touches. It has the best location, right at the Bund intersection with the famous Nanjing East Road. All the services are professional, heart warming. We will definitely comeback.

The location and view of The Bund was fantastic! Family Room was not as large as we had thought based upon photos. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Laundry facility is very handy however just 2 x washers and 2 x dryer we did have to wait for others. The staff assisted us as we had to use dryer overnight. Was greatly appreciated.

Really lovely hotel close to the harbour - its on the quiet side of the river but is great for an evening walk when the city lights up. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and happy to help. Breakfast at the hotel was great, there is a wide variety to choose from. Really enjoyed our stay.
