Estuve varios días en este hotel y la experiencia fue muy agradable y tranquila. Todo el personal estuvo atento y amable, y me encantó el chef, quien fue un verdadero ángel y nos ayudó mucho con la comida. Sin embargo, hubo un pequeño inconveniente: durante los casi 15 días que estuvimos allí, no pudimos probar muchos platillos de los restaurantes debido a un problema con las moscas. Había muchas moscas sobre los quesos, frutas, ensaladas y verduras, excepto en los platillos que estaban cubiertos. Lamentablemente, esto afectó nuestra experiencia gastronómica, ya que nos hubiera gustado disfrutar de la variedad que ofrecían. Espero que este detalle se mejore, porque el hotel tiene mucho potencial y el servicio fue excelente. Sin duda, volvería a visitarlo si se soluciona este inconveniente.
