While I didn't find bottled water in the room, after I phoned a bottle was brought within a short time. I enjoyed my stay and found the location great.

Needs a lot of TLC and very bad communication.
The A/C was poor and we had a bad sleep because of this; waking up sweating in the night. This was the WORSE. I’ve reached out multiple times for a wheelchair accessible room before we got there; and they didn’t respond or know until I addressed it at the front desk. This is the only place in Israel. ...
