Overall a nice hotel but customer service was actually quite poor. Valet was great. Check in person cold and a bad first impression. Hotel staff on phones in foyer whilst I was waiting to check out in a queue. Should be better for the price

Staff was very attentive and courteous. Especially the in room dining and bellmen. The hotel is showing its age but rooms are still very clean. There is construction work happening currently

Huge, clean suite with very comfortable bed. Seperate bath and shower. Huge bathtub, might be difficult for some people to get in & out of the bath as the sides are very high as the suite bathtubs are large, freestanding oval things not the mire common rectanglular style.

Paradise 4 hours from Dubai, felt like I was in Maldives. Very nice staff, pleasant atmosphere, good option if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature.
