Shikoku All inclusive Holidays

Room was clean, hotel was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was good. Only issue was the windows don’t appear to be double glazed and we were woken every night (of our 3 night stay) by loud motor bike traffic. This was disruptive but is beyond the control of the hotel. I am just noting it as it wasn’t suitable for a light sleeper.

Room space was good but recommendation is to separate bathroom. shower, and washing areas. Very inconvenient if 3 adults are in the room

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay at this idyllic Ryokan in the heart of Nara forest! The service was sublime. The two hostesses who welcomed me and served my exquisite Japanese meals were wonderful. The whole unit is detached, containing as it does a spacious tatami room, where meals were served, large bedroom with two large Western-style beds, an excellent bathroom with traditional stool, bucket and shower and a very deep bath, already drawn and ready to bathe in. This room had the most delightful pine aroma. Next door was a small WC with the most hi-tech Japanese toilet one could imagine. The lid raises as soon as you approach it. It has the usual bidet functions, but with added pulse option and dryer. It self-cleans and even lights up. The staff leant me a lovely yukata and obi. The mini bar was well stocked and everything was included in the price. The amenities were out of this world. Although expensive, the experience more than justified the cost. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience.

Well equipped clean room with spectacular views of Osaka city. Access to spa and sauna was a bonus. Easy access to metro.
