Small but comfortable. Easy walking to trains and the popular areas. Good local food.

No daily housekeeping provided, rooms are quite small, no closets and living out of suitcases is less than ideal

Reception staff were truly excellent from before we came to Japan with online questions that they helped with. During our stay nothing was a problem for them, they were so helpful throughout.

Our room had unbeatable views of the city, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bar, however, was a little overpriced and the food there wasn’t as tasty. I’d still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Excellent staff. Great breakfast buffet. Decor is a little dated, but in excellent condition. Very business friendly.

The hotel was above the Nambe metro and train station for Osaka. We could walk to close nightlife activities or take a metro train anywhere with ease. Rooms were large, great view of Osaka, breakfast is at top of hotel with spectacular views. The pool was great for lap swimming. I would recommend. Store in train station by hotel had large selection of luxury goods. Recommend train to Osaka rather than car..would be quicker and elevator right to hotel. Limited express train to airport also below hotel and it has room for luggage with reserved seats.
