Exceptional hotel. I arrived very sick and they were very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The nicest room we have stayed in during our 2 week vacation in Japan.

I stayed 2 nights and had an amazing time. Shops were nearby and most attractions were really close, the hotel even had bus service to see those attractions and many other services. This hotel is my favorite out of all 4 places I have stayed at. Staff were really friendly and helpful, definitely would book again.

Clean, spacious suite for my family of four. The connecting rooms were ideal with a living space in between. We really enjoyed our meal at the Teppanyaki restaurant, they were gracious to accommodate us at the last minute as we flew in without a reservation. My teenage boys said it was the best steak they’ve ever had. Location is great as well, the nearby castle was an easy walk. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Nothing short of an amazing experience. Staff was super nice and rooms are big and beautiful. Also enjoyed the spa and gym. I will come again!

Room was very clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Super convenient to nearby areas. And just 2 train stops to Shinsaibashisuji shopping area and Dontobori.
