Courteous attentive staff, very efficient... Extremely clean room convenient to most of the landmarks in Rome ,,,,would definitely stay here again!

no laundry services did not help, our room did not get cleaned at all the whole week we were there. I had to go out in the hall way and ask a housekeeper for some cups and garbage bags, I then had to call to get more towels. 2 of the nights when I went to shower there was not hot water at all. our view from our room was great!

Enjoyed my stay at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. Stayed in a Suite which was a nice size and a relaxing escape at the end of the day. The location in the strip is excellent as most everything is an easy walk to and from the hotel. Dining, shopping, shows, all close by with unending options. The check in kiosks were an issue for me as it wouldn't complete the process...just kept spinning. I tried many times to no avail and had to get in the long line for the front desk. Otherwise everything was great.

We loved this place - the pool area was definitely a beautiful little oasis just minutes from the strip. Also, great to have free parking.

Everything about this place is excellent: the staff are so accommodating (they helped tremendously with my mom’s accessibility needs), the suite itself is intuitively designed, and the breakfast easily surpassed expectations. We booked last minute after reading glowing reviews online, and we’re so glad we did! The location, staff, and thoughtfully designed spaces made our first stay in Rome such a comfortable, memorable one. We’ll definitely be back!

Where to start. Everything. Everything. The hosts are very special. An uncommon concierge. A friend. The whole team. Day and night. The beautiful gallery. I would rather keep it my and my wife’s special secret. You will have to stay at Rhinoceros to discover this treasure. My complements to the Fendi's.

Durango is one of my top 2 favorite hotels in the world. The rooms are huge, well appointed, and very comfortable. The onsite restaurants are absolutely fantastic, and the pool is beyond beautiful. The staff is polite and helpful, and lastly, there is an overall calmness that proliferates through the entire property that is tangible. Love this place.

The hotel is very cute, tucked into a building extremely close to the Spanish Steps. It is within 5-10 walking minutes of a some popular sites and lots of restaurants! The staff are friendly and helpful with a special shout out to Vanessa for her patience, recommendations, and complimentary upgrade since they had room. We did not require AC as it was March but the hotel temperature was perfect.
