Beautiful hotel in a great area.

The property is maintained very well. The staff is super welcoming and warm. We booked the prestige class and it was so worth it! Morning breakfast was great! Evening open bar and refreshments were excellent as well! The room was spacious and clean!

Add 2 more day after. Totally stay in the hotel for 5 days😀, very nice and helpful staffs.

Every time I stay at Innside I have a wonderful experience, from the staff to the room to the environment…all wonderful!

Really nice hotel in a perfect location. Breakfast is OK, not great, but definitely adequate.

Good location and friendly staff. Although this didn’t bother me, it could be a bit noisy at night due to some night walkers on the street.

【チェックイン】 ・入り口は道路に面した大きな木製のドア。看板等は無いため場所が分かりにくい。事前にドアの鍵を解除するコードを聞いておくと良い。 ・ドアを抜けるとA棟用のエレベーターがある。貨物リフト用に見えるが使ってOKとのこと。 ・Spagna駅から徒歩で15分かかる。 ・近隣はブランド店が並ぶが夜は早々とクローズしてやや暗くなる。ただし、人通りは夜遅くもそこそこあるのでそこまで問題は無いと思われる。 【滞在中】 ・朝食は前日の夕方までにメニュー表に書き込んでドアノブに掛けておく必要あり。昼間観光などで出かける際は、出かける前に記入しておくと良い。 ・朝食は最早で8:00〜提供。朝早くから出かける場合は注意。 ・朝食メニューは種類少なめ。クロワッサンとシリアル、ドリンク程度。 ・フロントデスクは7:30-19:00くらいまでしかいない。早めに到着して、後でまたチェックインとなる際は、鍵はどこで受け取るかや部屋番号は何か等、注意。 ・アメニティあり。ただしドライヤーは弱かった。 ・部屋、シャワーは清潔感ある。水圧は弱め。お湯が出なかった（ぬるいプールくらいの温度）。 ・部屋は広いのでスーツケースを開けて広げても余裕あり。 【チェックアウト】 ・鍵をフロントに渡すだけでOK。フロントがいない場合は、フロントデスクに置いておけばOKとのこと。 【まとめ】 清潔感があり広々とした部屋で快適ではあるが、水回りや朝食の時間&選択肢の少なさなどが微妙。フロントスタッフは優しく対応してくれた。
