The property itself is maintained very well, and the pool and waterpark are excellent, with well-trained staff. What stands out most is the unlimited access to waterpark and aquarium, which gave us the luxury of taking our time in exploring the attractions at our own pace. To top it all off, there was a free and prompt shuttle service to the waterpark run by staff who were helpful and polite. The kids club is kids-only so that gave us adults ample time to go get shopping done. However, the hotel can be overwhelmed with guests at peak times such as check-in, and the staff may not relay necessary information due to the high work load. For example, we had to find out about the shuttle service and the kids club on our own. We were also not offered porter service with our luggage. Housekeeping, while clean and efficient, was a little strange at times but this is probably dependent on the staff member you get assigned to your room. Other than these things, we enjoyed the hotel very much. When we did not feel like eating in the hotel, we had the option of taking a scenic monorail out to the mall, which had plenty of options.
