Location is great. Walkable to subway and Central Park. Only downside is key several times didn’t work , it was annoying when this happened during midnight. Service was good.

Beautiful property in fantastic location. Front desk staff were very personable. My issues were that the beds and pillows were not comfortable. Our door bell and dnd did not work. I attempted to call guest service multiple times in a 30 minute period and it was busy the entire time. I went to the front desk to report the issue because we did not want service that day but no way to notify housekeeping.

This was my first time staying at the East and I will definitely be coming back, the staff was amazing and the amenities, facilities were excellent. I enjoyed my stay.

First room that we checked into the carpet was sticky and AC in the rooms wasn’t keeping up. They moved us rooms and the AC was worse than the first room. Our room never went below 77 degrees which made it miserable to shower and sleep. All they could do was provide us with a fan. We tried to get a refund to move hotels but they wouldn’t nor did we get any kind of money back for the issues. Won’t be back and won’t recommend.

I booked at the last minute and was fortunate to get an excellent rate. By far the best value for money I’ve experienced over many years in visiting NYC. Convenient to everything midtown, the Warwick is beautifully appointed and maintained, and my room was very spacious with the tech conveniences I needed. Great breakfast restaurant and bar for the evening, awesome people. I would happily stay again.
