Lack of towels only twice changed through the week, no clean sheets, same 2 cups for the week, no one cleaned the toilet for the whole week with poo stains and no toilet brush.

"She stayed at the Cosmopolitan as it was near the Palais Theatre. The room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. The room was quiet even though it faved the main road. Extremely convenient to great bars and restaurants. Would stay again."
