An Amazing Stay at Burasari Resort & Spa! I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Burasari Resort & Spa truly exceeded my expectations and deserves to be recognized! From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine friendliness. The staff made an outstanding first impression, and that same level of care and hospitality continued throughout our stay, right up until the very end. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re in paradise. Our room was always spotless, and I loved the thoughtful touches, including the complimentary drinks and chips. The breakfast buffet was another highlight! There was such a wonderful variety of options, including a made-to-order omelette station, pastries, a great selection of sides, fresh fruit, halal options, pasta, and an Indian food section. One of the best parts of our stay was enjoying the spa! Jummy was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of us and handled our spa appointments with a beautiful smile, kindness, and outstanding customer service. What stood out to me most was the people. You can have a beautiful resort, great food, and wonderful amenities, but it’s the people who make the experience unforgettable. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket!

The hotel is in an excellent location; however, it is disappointing to see a noticeable reduction in the amenities that were traditionally provided by hotels across the Far East. Basic items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs, which were previously standard in guest rooms, are no longer supplied. My main criticism, however, concerns the checkout process. Guests are required to wait while a member of staff inspects their room before they are permitted to leave. This creates an uncomfortable impression, making guests feel as though they are being treated with suspicion rather than valued customers. It is not a positive way to conclude an otherwise pleasant stay and is something the hotel should reconsider.

The Nature Phuket was an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff was very accommodating, the food was fantastic at both restaurants, the pools and bars were clean and well stocked, the Spa was fantastic and the room was everything I could have asked for. The hotel was walking distance from the beach and also offered a shuttle service to the nearby mall. If I ever come back to Thailand, I will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again!

The resort is Beautiful and big . You will always need shuttles to your room. The staff is amazing . It’s at begging of Patong so you will walk down hill in traffic About 3 min to beach. My room .!!!! Amazing view with jet tub Thai style deco and big and spacious 7th fl Issues. 5 star hotel but , Shower cold water , jacuzzi had nice hot water .!! There’s a big carpet under bed Very dirty and looks bad in such a nice room I complained to front but all they said was thank you will tell mgr . And advice housekeeping… I don’t think she’s responsible for dirty shag carpet or cold water…
