We had to pay extra to use spa facilities like the sauna and jacuzzi. In addition after I payed extra to use the spa, one of the sauna rooms was out of order and the hot tub was not hot. It was luke warm at best.

From the start of the stay to the end, it was a wonderful experience at Argos Hotel. The front of hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and dealt with any questions quickly both via email, and in person. Room was clean, tidy, well-lit and double bed was huge - definitely request one. A cot was also offered (and provided) 'just in case', and didn't take up much space. Cleaning staff were super friendly as well and did a great job.
Other aspects - dining - good selection for both breakfast and dinner, and again great staff, friendly, a smile on their face, and put up with a toddler saying 'Ola' a thousand times!
We also used the pools (indoor and outdoor), and they were really lovely, and having a spot of beach as part of the hotel was very welcome for that extra all-inclusive feeling.
All in all a great stay and definitely would recommend!

Nice hotel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea !
This hotel is located on the beach! Also has a beautiful terrace on the 6th floor with a pool!
Breakfast is amazing, including Mallorcan local food!
Had a great massage done by Paola!

This hotel is a cut above with a beautiful coastal location in Soller. Rooms nicely appointed with very comfortable beds. We had a balcony with a view of the harbor which was an added bonus. The breakfast and dinner buffet meals offered are excellent with a wide variety of food options. When on the island of Mallorca I would stay here again!
