The staff were really helpful and always willing. to help. Benny was so courteous and welcomed us well on our first day. Overall excellent experience. The hotel is situated right at Exits 7 and 8 of Seodamun Subway/ Metro station and less than a minute walk from the airport limousine bus stop, alongside many others for easy transportation.

The location is close to the subway station and the bus stops. Also, it is close to the Duksoo Palace around 10mis on foot. The staff are kind. There are washer and dryer. It is very convenient.

We stayed here for 5 nights with family of 3 ( 2 adults and 1 kid, 7 years old) . The hotel modern, clean, and well-located without being noisy. It’s ideal for traveler's who want comfort and convenience without luxury pricing. The cons :The overall experience very impersonal as the service leaned too heavily on automation with limited in person support lacking the warmth or attentiveness expected from a 4-star hotel.Moreover, The room temperature was uncomfortably warm during the hot summer, and our daughter even suffered a nosebleed as a result. We requested the concierge to lower the temperature, but since the hotel uses a centralized air conditioning system, they were unable to adjust it. Instead, they provided us with a small electric fan, which offered little relief.

Very slow WIFI.. The AC was turned off during the midnight by the hotel until early morning...

I like the size of the junior suite and the round shaped bath tub is very nice. Very accessible to 3 lines of metro. The concierge is helpful. But a junior suite on the 3rd floor is ridiculous, I can hear the noise from party revellers at night, woken up by construction in the day. And the lifts are nonsense. I have never stayed in a hotel that required me to wait in the lobby for a lift for more than 5 mintues and not because it is crowded but it is slow.

Amazing stay at The Ambassador Seoul! Impeccable service, elegant rooms, and stunning Namsan Tower views. Top-notch dining and perfect location near attractions. Staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend for luxury and comfort in Seoul! Can’t wait to return.
