My telephone was not working properly and I reported it on more than one occasion. I also arranged for Bell man to pick up my luggage at 4:30 AM and i was waiting until I had to take my luggages down the stairs to meet the cart at 5:30 when I eventually got through to front desk. Aside from that excellent customer service. Everyone was polite and respectful. I Love that!
