Rating 4 because that fan is LOUD! For the price no complains-Very Professional, friendly&helpful staff-from front desk-concierge-kitchen-housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was excellent!

Great place to stay in Kowloon. Conveniently located, with transportation and things to do nearby.

The resort is clean and tidy. The rooms are a decent size and ours had a view out to the pool and the lake. The shuttles to the park are very convenient and run frequently. The only downside is that there is no shop on site. We had to go to Tung Chung mall via cab to get snacks etc. for our room. In future I’d stop there oN the way in on the first day.

The hotel is a little old, with water stains in the bathroom. Cleaners’ daily job is a good. Buffet breakfast is alright. The breathtaking ocean view on level 15 tops it all.

Well managed hotel and efficient staff in a convenient part of Wanchai. Really good value.

Clean room. Forgot clean towels and coffee. We always had to ask for ice every day. Also front desk upon check in did not tell us how to get to our room. As you know, we had a tower room, which is difficult to find at first.

Had a great stay. The hotel rooms are a little dated but spotless and the location and service were great. Our view across the harbour was breath taking from the 19th floor was amazing! Horizon Club was good to have.
