Negatives: No bath towels providrd,shampoo dispenser was empty,hot water in shower was irraticcarpet was stained and dirty. Positive: Staff was friendly and helpful and bed was very comfortable and shuttle service was good.

The room was large and luxurious. The king bed was very comfortable and shower was large enough for two. They served a variety of pastries including almond croissants for breakfast. The staff was very helpful with purchasing event tickets and sightseeing. You can see the Hollywood sign from the pool deck on the roof. My wife and I had the best vacation ever!

Beautiful hotel, staff was excellent, restaurant food was delicious. Most important it was dog friendly however, you had to give a $300 deposit when you bring a dog. They will return the cost a couple of days after you depart but only if there’s no damage to your room.

It reminded me of it’s Former self as the Montreal Hotel except they had an event at the pool the last two nights and they didn’t end till after 2 AM both nights. If you don’t like loud music, don’t stay at this hotel. Or request a room in the quiet side of the hotel away from the pool.

I will definitely 100% stay again. Nice place. It was a good stay.

We had a nice stay. The property is really nice and so was the staff. The shower was excellent. It was very big. The pillows were not good and the bed was creeky when you moved but the sheets were great. The hotel was in a part of town that was not nice and they advised is not to walk around at night outside of the hotel grounds. The grounds were secure with locked gates and a fence so we felt safe. There were noisy people beside us the first night. They seemed to be fighting. The first floor had easy access to the pool and lobby but the second floor neighbors were loud when they walked around at 2:00am. There was also traffic and airplane noise.
