The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Fantastic stay in the Old Quarter!! Hotel was in a great location and you were right in the midst of things as soon as you stepped out the front door. We had the connecting rooms on the 8th floor and it was unique layout that we absolutely loved. Hotel and rooms are showing some wear but overall everything worked really well and it was all super clean. The hotel restaurant's breakfast buffet was one of the big highlights of our trip! The food there was fresh, varied and delicious and the restaurant staff was super friendly, responsive and helpful - going above and beyond on a regular basis. And speaking of staff, that is where I believe this hotel shines. ALL of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt really valued by them and were 100% satisfied with their service and assistance in all areas of our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to others!

Perfect hotel to start our trip in Vietnam. The location is great for exploring. The facilities are clean and they have all of the amenities you could want, I recommend the spa! Special thanks to Mia, Charlotte and Slater for their attentiveness during our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was well set out and the staff were welcoming. We would come back to the hotel.

Excellent stay for the second time in two months. I visited Hanoi Club with my brother who is disabled and the staff was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back.
