What a first class hotel this is!
The staff are impeccable and delivered a world class service from every single member.
We were greeted by the door staff every time we returned from a trip with "Welcome home "
The piano player in the bar was fantastic.
Sky bar had spectacular view.
The bar staff were exceptional , and attentive in particular Hadder and Ahmed they really are outstanding.
The hotel is central and views are amazing of the city and the Nile.
Amenities were 5 star from the variety of restaurants, gardens, pool and grandeur of the hotel generally.
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so special.

This hotel is excellent for travelers wanting to stay in the old part of Cairo and to experience all the amenities that the surrounding area offers.
The hotel has lots of options for dining and has a bank on site and multiple excellent quality shops particularly if you are looking for taking souvenirs from Egypt

Everything was clean and well maintained, and the entire experience felt easy and smooth from start to finish. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The location was great and made getting around very convenient. Room service food was also really good. Overall, this was my favorite hotel during our Egypt trip and I would definitely stay here again.
