Clean room and new!

The room were great and the view was outstanding. All the staff were so friendly. What a great experience!

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

recently stayed at the Lotte Palace Hotel and was disappointed with several aspects of my experience. I had to call guest services five separate times just to have the blinds in our room fixed, and they only came on the last day as we were checking out. On top of that, one of the days no one came to clean the room or take out the trash, which was very surprising for a hotel at this price point. For the amount I paid, I expected a nicer room and better service overall. The only standout positive was the location, which truly is excellent. Would I stay here again? Unfortunately, no. The service issues made the stay far below expectations.
