Wonderful stay. Felt very fancy. Buffet was great.

I absolutely love this hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful upon my late arrival. They took the time to show me how everything worked in the room before leaving me to it. I love that they have a convenience store inside the hotel. It makes life so much easier especially when you forget things like deodorant. The Tuk tuk was very helpful since the hotel is far down the road. The tuk tuk came every few minutes and was always there when I needed it to take me to the main road. I will definitely stay here again.

As expected my Lebua stay was fabulous. If you are going to book I suggest stay at Tower Club which comes with amazing amenities like private elevator for Tower Club and free drinks and food anytime of the day before 6 PM. Not to forget the iconic Sirocco Sky Bar on 64th floor. Definitely coming back here.

The hotel is out of date and needs major renovations. The staff are very accommodating and helpful and breakfast is outstanding.

1 cockroach, but it was fairly decent other than that. For the price, I've had nicer options.

From the moment we walked in to this hotel I felt at peace. The staff was extremely kind and always available to assist with any of our needs. Rooms were very nice and roomy, food at the executive lounge was great. This property was all we needed and more.
