It’s been many years since my last stay at the Lotte Palace and it did not disappoint! Fabulous, as always. The staff was so kind and helpful (Michael completed our check in and out). Great recommendations from the concierge for lunch. Prompt room service whether it was for bubbly, bandaids or extra pillows, they were right there! I simply cannot wait to return after Thanksgiving.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very nice. When we arrived there was a woman screaming in the lobby. Additionally the gym was new yet had a must order and down in the basement. It was called a spa yet not a spa. Breakfast beautiful and delicious as was the night lounge upstairs

Great quiet location. Quick walk through the park to the top of the Spanish Steps. The park is amazing. You feel like you’re back in time with all the ruins and head on and headless statues.

Overall a good experience. The property was clean and staff friendly at the bar as well. I enjoyed the proximity to other hotels. Cons: No coffee maker or water in the bedrooms! Bring your water folks cause coffee is 10.00 at Starbucks downstairs. They want you to spend money there. Nice size pool. Plenty of slot options.
