8.4/10 Very good! (1,813 reviews)
The staff at the door, reception, and housekeeping are friendly. The hotel was conveniently located. We pretty much walked everywhere from there. Bus stop close by and subway just a bit of a walk away. The cleanliness could be better especially in the shower. You don’t really get access to the view they advertise though. Overall had a great stay and would book again.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (293 reviews)
The managers need complete retraining or higher managers that are way more capable in dealing with customers and not fighting and arguing with them and telling them they’re wrong
