Hotel concierge is amazing. The staff overall is amazing. A few features with the room didn’t work. Mainly the bathroom. Running toilets and the shower randomly going off through the night. No air circulation unless you open the windows. Cleanliness was fantastic. A beautiful property. We will always come back. Minor issues need to be addressed.

Very old furniture and living room sofa bed wouldn't close. Lots of steps and elevators to get to the room.

Hotel was wonderful and the location was perfect, away from the big crowds and right on the canal perfect to view the sunset. The staff was amazing - extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was fantastic - had the duplex which was wonderfully done. Overall top rating, would definitely stay here again.

I will definitely come back here if I visit Venice again. The location is right in the city center, which is very convenient. Everyone who works there is extremely attentive and kind.
The room on the upper floor, accessed through the courtyard, was very quiet. The rooms have been newly renovated and the beds are very comfortable. I truly appreciate everyone for their hard work.
