Hotel located about 20 minutes from city center by bus or tram, excellent connections and frequencies.
Staff is the best, super friendly, attentive and helpfull. The rooms are very, very spacious with comfortable beds.
Breakfast, loads of choice. All fresh with a large variety of fresh good quality produce.

Staff was amazing. It was our first trip to Milan so the staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants. Most of the staff spoke multiple languages (including English) so communication was easy. The on-site restaurant and bar was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
