Great facility, mostly helpful
Staff. The room service is non existent and the quality of the food is fair. The pool needs to be open much earlier or later or both as it’s only open at the hottest time of the day. How do kids handle that?

Was a pleasant stay. Location is very ideal. Close to cafes and not too far away from trevi fountain. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Asked for a steamer and I got it. Comfortable stay overall. The room was squicky clean as well.

It's a great hotel very centrally located. The service was great. The room was clean and quiet, and was a good place to retreat to. Space is a premium, and there was very limited drawer space in the room, but this is to be expected. The bathroom is small, but with a clever solution to getting natural light that I wish more hotels would use.
The only issues we had were the placement of the makeup/shaving mirror in the bathroom, and the bathroom door. The vanity mirror is fixed to the wall at a height only suitable for individuals 6ft or taller. As a 5ft 3in woman, it was utterly unusable for me. It cannot be moved down. Additionally, in our room, the bathroom door could not be closed. It is a pocket door, but our lock did not work.
