We were greeted at the Entrance and checked in with the help of the customer service team. All went smoothly and shown up to our rooms. Extra duvet was requested and the sorted promptly. Stayed for 7 nights as a family of 5. Beach clean and tidied daily, pool areas the same. Entertainment team were brilliant and all spoke English. Children's club had things on and children could be signed in and out with no fuss. Restaurants were all clean, staff very helpful and and attentive. We would 100% recommend this hotel, it has a quiet chilled pace, and sometimes you don't get that in an all inclusive. Thank you for a great stay.

The cannot run Aircondition and heat at same time for each room. So you end up toasting in the room or freezing in the room. Also if you are toasting midnight you cannot open the window if you are sea facing it is noisy. In 3 days I had to call reception 5 times midnight to switch to air conditioning as it was hot inside the room.
If you visit in extreme weather it should be fine. Rooms are small for 3 people too. Extra bed does not leave any room to open the bags or walk around easily.
