Room was decent size and clean. The hotel is right near the trains station so convenient to transportation. There's also a street with a ton of restaurants two blocks away. Very easy to walk to. Go up to the workout center at the top of the hotel, even if you don't work out, for a great view of the city skyline. And here's the best part, Try the dinner buffet at least once. It's THE BEST of any hotel buffet that we have eaten at and we travel a lot. For the inexpensive price you get really amazing gourmet food! And for those who drink, unlimited beer on tap! :) There were people who didn't stay at the hotel come to eat the dinner buffet. That tells you a lot!

room was clean, the staffs were very nice.

2 stars hotel : old daicilities - needs remodeling/upgrades to charge rates >$150. - power outlets loose. Can’t charge phones… huge issues for foreign tourists. - safe has no power , so it’s useless. Reported to front desk and no services rendered.

Close to Downtown Seoul and North Seoul Tower! Staff were friendly and the room and view from balcony were nice!

The staff needs to be trained more.

The location was good and breakfast options very good except coffee. The hotel staff were helpful, especially Cindy who resolved an issue we had with a Family room.

Clean, filtered water and coffee maker available in room which is convenient for longer stays.

Room was so clean and Korean style. I really liked bathroom! I felt this hotel has the most amazing staffs in the world.
